The Site may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or accuracy of those sites and provide such links only for convenience.

06Disclaimer of warranties

The Site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Optimized Talent disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
